All transactions on phpvi are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are accepted. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and applicable wagering requirements.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phpvi platform, including the website at phpvi.net, the phpvi mobile application, and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered by phpvi (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the phpvi Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the phpvi Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access the Platform in any capacity.
phpvi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
To register and use the phpvi Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
Age Verification: phpvi takes the 21+ age restriction seriously. phpvi reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents to verify your age and identity at any time . Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
To access real-money gaming features on phpvi, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the phpvi Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times. phpvi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpvi account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phpvi immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phpvi will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
phpvi operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
All deposits on phpvi are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phpvi accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your phpvi account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. phpvi does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. phpvi reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method and suspend the account if a third-party deposit is detected.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. phpvi processes withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within one (1) hour under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day. phpvi does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
phpvi reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, phpvi will notify you of the delay and the reason for it within a reasonable timeframe.
All transactions on phpvi are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phpvi does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount on phpvi is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum amount.
phpvi offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is made.
Bonus funds credited to your phpvi account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details. phpvi does not apply hidden wagering conditions beyond those disclosed at the time of the offer.
phpvi strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. phpvi reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
Bonus funds and free bet credits that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion details will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. phpvi is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms communicated at the time of the offer.
Each game available on the phpvi Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.
phpvi uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. All game results are final once confirmed by the Platform. phpvi will not reverse a confirmed game result except in cases of a verified technical malfunction that materially affected the outcome of the game.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, phpvi reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. phpvi's decision in such matters is final. phpvi is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures or device-level issues on the player's end.
phpvi encourages all players to wager responsibly. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the funds you wager. phpvi provides deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools to help you manage your gaming activity. These tools are accessible through your account settings or by contacting phpvi support.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpvi Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
All content on the phpvi Platform, including but not limited to the phpvi name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video content, is the exclusive property of phpvi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phpvi Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phpvi Platform without the prior written consent of phpvi.
phpvi collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phpvi Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
phpvi implements industry-standard SSL encryption and security protocols to protect your personal and financial data. phpvi will not sell your personal data to third parties. For full details on how phpvi handles your data, please review the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phpvi, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phpvi Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
phpvi's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpvi account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phpvi does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
phpvi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phpvi reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
You may request the closure of your phpvi account at any time by contacting the phpvi support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may do so through the self-exclusion tools available in their account settings or by contacting phpvi support directly. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and phpvi, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines.
phpvi operates in compliance with applicable Philippine online gaming regulations. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by phpvi may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
phpvi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phpvi will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the phpvi Platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
